I thought I was an Enneagram 9 or 2. After seeing this I feel like more of a Enneagram 3. Is Enneagram 3 similar to a Taurus zodiac sign?

Becoming so clear I will be alone forever. No one has time to go through even 1 season of a this 4. Its awful being an empath, a 4, an INFP-T. I feel too much, and everyone leaves ones they are done with dumping all their pain.

INFJ & 3w4 self-preservation

I consistently test as a 5. So far I haven't been able to relate to descriptions of 5w4 or 5w6 very well. But I MUST have a 4 wing because I am emotional. And I recognize myself in some of this. However, that thing about the gifts....that's not me. As others have said, they hate Christmas. As a logical person who also hates Christmas, I actually gave it up for a long time. But it's not because people can't shop right for me. I'm grateful for anything. I just hate environmental waste, I dislike things that make no sense ideologically, and I'm sorry but I HATE shopping for people who are like the #4 as described here. Let's all just buy our own stuff and be happy.

my prefered love language as a 7 is definitely quality time. time with people fulfills me. i almost never think of or even care about giving/recieving gifts or service. in my mind, people are responsible for their own lives. no one owes anyone anything. however, i try to do more of these so i become more well-rounded.

Quick question, What if the tables were turned and the 8* has an absent father and also semi absent irresponsible mother, Will this affect their actions in a majorly different way? or is this basically the same outcome? and is there a difference in the men 8's and the women when this is the situation?

I already knew I was an unhealthy 9w1 but this just like slapped me in the face with that knowledge multiple times. Every unhealthy trait is something I do lolllll

I'm a 1 woman working for the Justice System. My brother is an 8... Let's say our fights are explosive to say the least. I'm the oldest and I've learned to release control where he is concerned but I won't let anyone to impose on me. Not even him. I love him but I can see how a romantic relationship between an 8 and a 1 could turn dramatic pretty quickly. It's a shame as I admire them a lot when they act healthy. Great work on your part!! Male SP 5w6 here. You nailed it. I review myself and attitudes in most if not all you/ve described about 5's.

I’ve always felt aligned with this type but I was always really close with one parent while the other was abusive. So idk what that means. But I was always in my imagination, uniquely and usually alone, even as a child. And the rest of the type has always been accurate.

I don’t quite understand step 2 of the conflict. The 9 enjoys the experience of solitude and starts to play with the delusions that take them away from the real conflict: can you give an example? What kind of delusions, and does this mean they’re mocking the seriousness of the situation? Or maybe it’s a condescension? Is this defensive in nature or are they making an attempt to escalate it?And what kind of enjoyment would that bring them?

I’m a 7! But I’d say words of affirmation would be a bit lower on the list… quality time is number 1 for me!

Quality time, 1,000%. Words of affirmation are nice, but not one of my top love languages. Gifts are tricky, so I tend to try to give gifts in the form of food or drinks. It’s a nice way of showing I care without running the risk of giving someone something that’ll just sit around. I really appreciate gifts myself and cherish what people give me because I’m sentimental like that. But yeah.. sometimes people give things I wish they wouldn’t have. 😅

To me confrontation is courtesy, if someone doesn’t respect you enough to seek resolution it’s actually hurtful

I loved hearing your assessment of the 7. I will say there is some discrepancies between the type 7 female and the type 7 male. I'd love to hear you explore that more in another video. As a type 7 identifying female, I would find that really fascinating. Great work!
